Dr. Jon S. Petrick is the CEO and Clinical Director of the Las Vegas Pain Relief Centers, Integrated Pain Relief, EverReady Telehealth, and Rapid Recovery Care Centers in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Aside from providing pain relief and exceptional care, Dr. Petrick also selflessly serves the community in which he lives. For example, he has served on many boards, formally Opportunity Village (an organization that provides work opportunities for individuals with mental disabilities). He created Keep It Simple-Make It Fun (KISMIFLV.org) a Recreation and Leisure program for individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities.
