The 100abc’ers Club is a membership-based fundraising NGO that was founded in 2010 with a special focus on raising funding for community-based NGOs whose focus is on the betterment of children. We work towards aiding in the sustainability of children’s organisations in hope that they will continue to improve the lives of the most vulnerable members of our society. We provide financial assistance in the form of individual scholarship funding and grant funding for project based initiatives geared towards the betterment of community based NGO’s whose focus is on aiding the lives of children within said communities. Our pool of funding is raised through a combination of the following; monthly 100abc’ers Club membership fees of R300 per member, project specific donations from various corporate sponsors including the Woolies MySchool Card initiative and social and cultural events hosted by the Club. The funds raised are distributed annually in the form of individual scholarships and bi-annually in the form of grant funding. We monitor the continued impact of these two streams via regular and an eventual close-off feedback session. https://100abc.co.za/docs/profile.pdf
