SMI supports problem solving & planning to address the causes of stress within your organisation, with the principal objective being interventions at a primary or proactive level. SMI’s comprehensive Workplace Stress Management programs have been assembled using the latest research from the world’s leading academics & authorities on Workplace Stress. SMI TRAINING The Stress Management Institute provides workplace training services & conducts accredited training for individuals who wish to become qualified Stress Management Practitioners & Facilitators. It is a twelve month, ten unit program, either taken online at any time 24/7, or covered over four three-day long weekends, or a combination these. Also, participate in the two-day Stress to Strength Experience seminar. The training is highly practical & there are lots of ‘hands on’ aspects throughout the course. You will also fill the role of a practitioner during your training. This training course is fully accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) & is also supported by the Industries Skills Councils of Australia (ISCA). This qualification is offered in partnership with Amina Academy Pty Ltd, a registered training organisation (provider number 31532). Graduates will attain the 10420NAT Certificate IV in Stress Management Practitioner qualification on completion of the training program, and have also completed more than half of a Certificate IV in Business. Students may commence the Practitioner Training at any given module.
