The 14th Richmond Viking Scout Boating Centre is a training facility for "The Scouts" ( https://scouts.org.uk/) also a British Rowing "Explore Rowing" Accredited Centre. We focus on giving experience and training for young people in traditional fixed-seat rowing on the River Thames. We also provide adult training for Scout leaders wanting Adventurous Activity Permits for rowing. This supports The Scouts mission to provide "Skills for Life" to their members.
