We are the most important Young Professional and Businessmen Association in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Our Mission is to foster leadership, entrepreneurship and regional and national development, all from within our association and under our institutional values. Our Association The Young Professionals and Businessemn Association of Santa Cruz (Asociación de Jóvenes Empresarios y Profesionales de Santa Cruz), JUVENTUD EMPRESA, is a non-profit organization that gathers young businessmen and women, professionals and young corporate executives who share the same interests, all within a scope of free market economy based on free will and private property. Our organization promotes active participation in the economical and social development from its members and all the young people who work at companies in Bolivia. Our History JUVENTUD EMPRESA was born from the initiative of a group of young people who, from their own experience as business owners envisage a new society, one that is more open-minded, more dynamic and progressive, one where innovation at both the tecnological and business fields is one of the cornerstone upon which it is build. We believe in a more promising future. It is thus that on October, the 31st of 1991 our organization was founded, under a decentralized economical and political concept, one that works autonomously.
