Less Saves The Planet is a non-profit organization that mobilizes key players in the hotel and restaurant industry in order to save the planet. These establishments can become the obvious vehicles of sustainable and accessible environmental change. The vocation of this movement, however, remains democratic and humanistic and is aimed at the wider public. Through various tools and simple but effective recommendations, we are committed to helping restaurant owners and hoteliers to orient and manage their establishments so that they can, each in their own way, make a positive impact on the entire food chain, in respect of our planet.
