SPV organized to construct and operate projects VE ZD2 and VE ZD3. Total installed power of 36,8MW (16x Siemens SWT-2.3) The wind farm site is about 35km east from Zadar and 10km south from Obrovac. The Velebit mountains (about 1600m a.s.l.) are about 37km north-north-west and with lower mountains of about 800m, 15km in north to north-north-east from the site. The river Zrmanja forms a canyon between the sites and the lower Velebit mountains. ZD2 wind farm site is in a line shape on some smooth rolling hill tops in NW-SE orientation. The WT altitude ranges from 600 m to 700 m a.s.l. The ZD3 site is cluster orientated. The eight WT are distributed on two smooth hill tops on altitude levels of 450 to 550 m a.s.l..
