The Lifeflow Meditation Centre is a wholly Australian, not for profit, educational organisation founded in 1981. Lifeflow teaches meditation in a way that is student focused, simple and straightforward while retaining the depth of the tradition. The Lifeflow meditation approach is extremely practical, free from belief and jargon, and is easily accessible so that it can be readily integrated with everyday life. All the teachers have at least ten years of training and experience, teach from their own experience and give personal guidance.
