VAP provides free legal services to veterans and their families, with a focus on those living with PTS, TBI, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. Through expert mitigation in felony cases, representation in VA claims, housing court, and public benefits, and with discharge upgrade applications to DOD Review Boards, we remove barriers to the resources veterans have earned.
