Our core technologies include: PELE: The efficacy of PELE (Protein Energy Landscape Exploration) in predicting protein-ligand interactions was considered exceptional in the last Community Structure-Activity Resource (CSAR) carried out by the University of Michigan and GSK. ED/MD: Method to efficiently explore the flexibility of macromolecular targets and their use in rational drug design. MDWeb suite: A set of programs that facilitates rapid workflows to automate molecular dynamics calculations, from the setup processes to the analysis of trajectories. MoDEL: A database that holds simulations of more than 1700 proteins on the basis of their properties, dynamics and trajectories. ChemistriX: A virtual compound library with the purpose of complementing the chemistry available in current catalogues. It represents a novel pool of chemistry with which to carry out virtual screening.
