The purpose of TMHA is to serve its membership while simultaneously promoting the general welfare and interest of the manufactured housing industry throughout the state of Texas. TMHA is composed of professionals committed to successfully representing the interests of our members and the Texas manufactured housing industry, particularly on a state level by providing dedicated representation in the Texas Legislature. As a membership-based association, TMHA is also focused on supplying our 1,400+ members with the information and resources necessary to conduct a successful business through various membership benefits. For 57 years, the Texas Manufactured Housing Association has served Texas’ manufactured housing industry. Formed June 19, 1952 as a non-profit trade association, TMHA has remained dedicated to serving its membership and the growing demand for affordable housing in the wake of World War II. Today, TMHA is concerned with the entire scope of the Texas manufactured housing industry.
