O-I-See Youth Strategies was established in 2011 driven by a need outside our school systems for children, families, and educators. We offer support, guidance, and tutoring for youth (ages 6-18), families, and educators in a safe and confidential setting. Our services are only offered in a one-on-one setting in order to truly discover the strengths, abilities, and gifts of every unique person. On occasion, we offer youth group settings (only after getting to know children one-on-one first), and parent workshops on various K-12 emotional, social, and educational topics. We believe ALL children can succeed in life, and they are the true experts in understanding how they can succeed in today's systems. Additionally, we believe in evaluating how the history of a child's journey has affected him/her verses the viewpoint of something being "wrong" with the child. We do this by providing children with tools of awareness, positive choice, and options for building confidence in their unique strengths. Families and educators are able to celebrate the common goal with youth: children succeeding at home, at school, and in the surrounding community.
