As part of the Aquinas Church of England Education Trust, we are the only Church of England comprehensive school in Bromley and offer a distinctive educational ethos based on a Christian foundation. Our strong pastoral commitment ensures that every student is known individually and reaches his or her potential within the context of a caring Christian community. We are privileged to learn and work in a state of the art building, with outstanding facilities and are very proud of the success our students achieve. In January 2020 we received excellent feedback during our Ofsted and SIAS inspections: Ofsted judged the school as continuing to be Good in every respect with some truly excellent comments regarding our knowledge rich curriculum, the skills of our teachers, the progress of students and our fantastic Sixth Form; SIAS judged the school as Outstanding in every respect. These assessments underline the hard work and achievement of the whole school community. Committed to excellence, our curriculum is designed to offer a broad range of subjects, to encourage independent learning and to provide an outstanding range of wider learning opportunities. We expect the highest standards of work, dress, behaviour, attendance and punctuality. Working in partnership with parents, we provide a firm framework within which all students are able to achieve irrespective of their start point. We believe that everyone has something special to contribute and, as a Church of England School, encourage the moral and spiritual well-being of our students as well as their academic achievements. Worship is at the heart of our community and our Chaplain supports and encourages the students to explore Christian ideals so that when they leave us they are well prepared for life in the world today.
