LMC Childcare Solutions set in in 2019 by Claire Fitzgerald and her team. LMC create bespoke services to support the development and training of Childcare providers. Claire Fitzgerald and her team have over 20 years experience within every aspect of childcare. This has supported the creation of a service to develop and improve services to children and young people. LMC have created different programmes for providers that are bespoke to their services. With a new focus on cultural capital LMC provide an individual package for providers to express their own ethos within their training. LMC are currently offering a free training manager to oversee providers training and ensure they have a fully planned timetable of training.
