Foundations Physiotherapy is a community based private physiotherapy service specialising in physiotherapy for neurological conditions and the elderly. We aim to bridge the gap between the private sector and the NHS, having a thorough knowledge of what services are available to our clients we endeavour to refer patients to the NHS at the earliest opportunity.
