The Business Development Centre Inc (BDC) is a 501c(3) non-profit organization providing services to small businesses and entrpreneurs in the Region 2000 area of Central Virginia which includes the City of Lynchburg, and the counties of Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford, and Campbell. We provide incubator space and services, financing and loan programs, training, and business consultations to entrepreneurs with existing businesses as well as those considering starting a business. Our consultations are always free-of-charge, confidential, and objective.
