The International Society for Philosophical Enquiry or ISPE is an international non-profit organization based in the United States. It has members in over thirty countries. It is open to anyone who scores at or above the 99.9th percentile on over twenty standardised tests. It also has its own test for admission. The organization is completely inclusive and welcomes everyone. Founded in 1974 by Dr. Christopher Harding, ISPE is the third oldest such organization and has been always been unique among those of a similar nature. ISPE has its own social network platform where members enjoy fellowship, exchange ideas, share information and help each other in real time. It has its own journal, Telicom, in which members participate and share their contributions. Creativity occurs in such an environment. The unique quality that has always distinguished ISPE from other organizations of a similar nature has been its emphasis on helping each other and helping others. ISPE motivates its members to help others through its incentive and reward system. As an organization, ISPE does this as well. This is an important part of its charter. If there would be one word to describe the essence of the Society, it would be Philanthropic. ISPE is about using its individual and collective abilities to benefit humanity. ISPE is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization in the United States.
