Yoga has the ability to transform lives on several levels enabling its students to achieve physical and mental strength leading them to experience true peace and happiness within. At Lotus Life Yoga, we believe that if we are able to facilitate someone’s Pratyahara and turn their mental focus inwards while letting go of the outside world, for even just a moment, then our purpose is achieved. The Lotus Life difference is our consultative approach to our programs and our small class sizes. We understand that each participant has different physical abilities and limitations as well as unique goals, and in order to ensure a safe and fulfilling experience we tailor each class to compliment those student`s abilities and ambitions. Yoga can apply to everyone in every walk of life, from preschool through to the third age and our goal is to share this experience with as many people as possible.
