The establishment of the institute was inspired by the concern of five educational observes who were interested in improving educational formation. The inspiration has been implemented into an educational institution based in information 7 communication technology, wich is imbued with the spirit of education, selfsufficiency and entrepreneurship. STT Bandung was established with the aim of producing graduates and experts who are competent in their fields and able to face global challenges, able to take advantage of various opportunities around them, and have a high entrepreneurial spirit in hopes of becoming a successful entrepreneur and can create employment opportunities for their environment. Thus STTBandung was established on 05 October 1991 and got license from from the Ministry of Education, Mendiknas RI No: 197/DIKTI/Kep/1992 in Jakarta.
