Rail Rider Team is committed to provide hot, tasty and hygienic food to our valued patrons travelling by train with the convenience of ordering food with the help of digital means. • Rail Rider can be accessed through a dedicated customer care number, Web portal or Mobile application. • Travelling patrons will be able to easily find out restaurants on the route and access menus of the restaurants to deliver food at the desired railway station. • Patrons can browse to select restaurant and order the food of their choice. • Payment can be done online using credit or debit card or can opt for cash on delivery. • A unique order id will be linked to the PNR no. and will be communicated through email and SMS. The customer can track the order by entering the order id in the web portal or mobile application.
