Fiat Automotive Finance Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of FIDIS S.p.A. registered in Italy and part of Fiat Group, and it will provide auto related financial services at the beginning of 2008 having received approval from China Banking Regulation Commission in December 2007. The target of Fiat AFC is to provide a full set of dealer financing and retail/final customer financing products for the Industrial partners (FGA, IVECO, Ferrari and Maserati, CNH along with our Chinese partners), so to assist and service both the growth of Fiat Group’s dealers’ network, and the increase of the potential customer base through efficient and innovative customer financing products within PRC.
