She has mediated and arbitrated several hundreds of cases, the majority of which have focused on commercial, contract, and labor & employment cases of all types. She has taken over 20 arbitrations to Final Hearing. Harvard-trained and Florida Circuit-Civil Certified, her labor and employment arbitrations and mediations have included discrimination of all types, federal and state: discrimination in age, disability, equal pay, harassment, national origin, pregnancy, race, religion, retaliation, and sexual harassment, both individually and, several as class action lawsuits.
