Student Media is a dynamic student-run organization that requires commitment and dedication. Staff members and leaders of this organization gain valuable skills that lead to increased marketability while forming lasting friendships. Student Media’s office is located in the basement of the Memorial Union and exists to give students from across campus a voice and access to information free from censorship. Students from all majors are encouraged to apply to work for Student Media and gain valuable skills that will help further their career options. Office hours within Student Media vary with student schedules, but you can always reach out to the Director of Student Media, Regina Cassell, who is also a senior lecturer in the Department of Mass Media. She will connect you with the appropriate Student Media leader or staff member.
