Sami Daud, the founder of Gourmet Gulf, was on a trip to London in 2002, when he happened to stop by, one of YO! Sushi’s flagship stores. The unique concept appealed to him and soon YO! Sushi became the first of its kind to open in the Middle East region under the Gourmet Gulf company flag. This marked the beginning of a new journey, bringing unique, dynamic, unexpected food and dining experience to the region. As well as YO! Sushi, our Brands include California Pizza Kitchen, Texas De Brazil, Hummingbird Bakery, Panda Express, Dalloyau and Azkadenya. At Gourmet Gulf we are targeting a diverse guest base, covering a wide range of dining experiences and tastes. In an ever-expanding portfolio, we currently have presence in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with further expansion planned, to encompass all of the MENA region.
