We are a communication & technology 501c4 social welfare organization with a mission to get Americans talking with each other instead of at each other. We use natural language understanding (NLU) technology to facilitate that process. NLU is the branch of artificial intelligence that allows machines to understand emotion, context and sentiment in text and speech. We use the technology to analyze text and speech data from listening and monitoring campaigns to help non-profits, community organizations and NGO's build better communication, fundraising and outreach strategies.
