The first year in the new location has been a year of positive recognition for our hard work and success The Professional Beauty Association announced the salon as finalists for Salon Design, Masters of Business Administration, and the first ever category for Men’s Hairstylist of the Year. After Matthew Morris Salon and Skincare already being recognized in 2013 for winning 2nd runner up in the country for Salon of the Year 2013 in SALON TODAY Magazine, followed with two awards from our local 5280 Magazine for 2013 Top of the Town Reader’s Choice as best hairstylist/salon as well as Matthew and his husband Marvin Gutierrez being named as Denver’s Power Couple for the second year. In July 2013, Matthew Morris (former NAHA winner for Editorial Stylist of the Year) won the first Men’s Hairstylist of the Year award!
