The original firm was established by lawyers working as part of the Tax and Legal Department of Ernst & Young Hungary, the majority of whom are still with the firm today. The firm was the Hungarian member firm of the Ernst & Young Alliance until 2003, and from 2004 worked in cooperation with Salans for two and a half years.
