Solomon's was created to honor Tower Records and founder Russ Solomon. Founded and led by women, Solomon’s sandwiches with soul represent the heart of a New York Jewish Delicatessen combined with international street food inspired by locations of Tower Records, including Argentina, China, Israel, Japan, Thailand, and Mexico. Like Tower Records, Solomon's is a community gathering place where culture and music is celebrated and everyone is welcome.
