Completed projects, including Urban Residence and Malé Krasňany in Bratislava, as well as Arboria in Trnava, are examples of modern urban developments with high quality public spaces and green areas. Currently, Lucron is developing the Vydrica project under the Bratislava castle, that will turn a neglected area in the city centre into a unique neighbourhood that will extend the Old Town pedestrian zone and open this part of the riverfront to the public.
