What IF health was not a luxury? Infused Fitness was founded on the belief a healthy community can inspire a multitude of happy lives. Infused Fitness aims to contribute to overall public health by providing a variety of community programs, events and service opportunities. As a 501(c)3, we are creating programs that teach children and their families about fitness and nutrition. We believe in the value of a healthy community, and will make that accessible to everyone. Our goals are aligned with helping underprivileged communities find peace and happiness in health. If you would like to get involved in this amazing journey with us, you can do so by way of volunteering, donating, sponsorship, taking classes and/or registering for our annual 5k Race for Transformation. Infused Fitness (IF) began with a vision to create a neighborhood of sustainable, overall wellness. IF is a team of physicians, coaches, trainers, teachers, nutrition specialists, and community do-gooders who have witnessed a compelling need in our places of work, in our homes, and in our underserved communities for nutrition education and sustainable fitness programs that ensure whole-body wellness. We believe that the productivity and viability of our community begins with individual health, and that starts with attention to diet and exercise. Many of the populations we serve don’t have access to the resources necessary to inspire healthful dietary choices or exercise practices. At IF we aspire to bring fun, family-oriented, and community supported events and classes to OC, and to make a lasting impact one individual, one family, one workplace and one community at a time. Infused Fitness will create a customized fitness program for your community.
