Since 2015 we have provided a mentoring programme to help guide people through both professional and personal challenges. Using life experiences the aim is to relate to the challenges mentees face and help them work through the best course of action. This works both ways as seeing challenges through the eyes of others often helps develop your own ability to adapt and respond. With three core programmes for mentees, alongside giving talks to educational and professional institutions Athena helps people at different points in their lives. All programmes are outcome based and we feel immensely proud of how valuable our mentees feel our input is in helping them overcome their challenges. Our speaker service helps students plan their academic futures and provides guidance for career choices. Through careful planning and key milestone building this service can effectively help simplify what can be a very complex and confusing choice into small manageable tasks. As the age old adage states two heads are better than one.
