Community Care Northumberland strives to be the best, multi-service, volunteer-based community support organization in Northumberland County. Our 850 regional volunteers and staff enable clients to experience a higher quality of life by strengthening their connections with the community. We accomplish this goal through the delivery of non – medical home support services so that the following people can remain healthy and independent in their own homes: • Seniors, • Adults with disabilities, or • All persons (or their caregivers) who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness.
