L J Business Consultancy Ltd was established in order to provide education clients with dedicated, independent and specialist leadership coaching, training and support. The founder, Laura Williams, has over 10 years leadership experience in education across business, operations, HR, finance and governance areas and has both CIPD and specialist CIPFA qualifications. Having worked in executive teams, senior leadership teams and school improvement teams her school leadership, operational and coaching experience is vast having supported CEOs and Central Teams, Headteachers, Senior & Middle Leaders, Teachers and Business Managers. Laura has also supported schools, academies and MATs across all key stages through various points on their journey, including conversion, whether it be from good to outstanding or from special measures to good. Offering bespoke and practical solutions, Laura provides a collaborative and tailored framework of support and school improvement. She is also a Trustee of Multi Academy Trust and a contributor to various education publications and events.
