WLG was founded to help lawyers and other professionals use their skills to positively contribute to the causes that matter most to our democratic ideals. Our members include many lawyers and other professionals who have become active for the first time in their careers, seizing the moment to make a demonstrable impact on our nation’s future. We focus our current work in 3 areas: sexual harassment; gender and workplace equity; and women’s health and reproductive rights.
