Leading Women Executives is a leadership development experience for high-potential women preparing to advance to senior executive roles. Our mission to augment women’s leadership skills so they can progress from senior management to executive roles, as well as partner with sponsor companies to enhance talent and increase the advancement of women in their organizations. The program addresses three critical elements for success – leadership skill building, organizational support and ongoing networking – through a collaborative and immersive process. All participants are CEO or CHRO nominated and have an average of 15-22 years of experience.
