Providing claims handling across Europe. During the 1970’s ICA (Europe) Ltd commenced handling Green Card claims and General Liability claims for European Insurers. Following continued expansion of our European client portfolio ICA (Europe) Ltd was incorporated in the year 2000 in order to devote our entire focus on cross border insurance claim handling. ICA (Europe) Ltd opened a branch office in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, and we now have contracts with European Insurers located in more than 25 countries. In a market where many of our direct competitors are owned by Claimant law firms, or insurance companies, ICA remains completely independently owned. We believe that the core values of successful claims handling are integrity, transparency, prudence and independence. In 2010 ICA installed integrated case management and accounting software which prevents cross pollution of client money. Our independence has enabled us to provide bespoke claims handling solutions to clients which has facilitated sustained growth of our company over a period of 60 years and substantial savings to our clients. Long term planning and prudent accounting has enabled ICA to establish a strong and secure financial status. In 2021 ICA moved to new offices in Enfield, Middlesex.
