Affiliated Hospitality Leadership Experiences or AHLE-X offers unique experential learning programmes to local and international Business Leaders in the Hospitality and Interior Design and Decor Environments. Each programme is designed to provide delegates with opportunities to: Experience - working alongside managers in industry and network with industry specialists in Cape Town Expand - the knowledge of industry and leadership through a series of seminars by speakers who have extensive knowledge and experience in their topics Explore - Cape Town including local attractions, various local places of business interest and attend trade shows or fairs Learning is managed by industry experts, who co-ordinate programmes and act as guides for the duration of the programme and facilitate opportunities to share learning and reflect on experiences with other delegates. Each programme is limited to a maximum of 12 people so groups are small, ensuring personal and quality learning experiences.
