Layerz Interiors was founded by Teresa Perkins. Teresa Perkins is a woman with vision, talent & uncontested wisdom. She’s a Chicago native with more than 20 years of Interior Design experience. Teresa has had the opportunity to travel throughout the country & Japan. She was able to learn many applicable techniques from other cultures and countries which she often incorporates into her designs. Living her dream by fulfilling the needs of her clients, Teresa believes working with people in their home is an honor. Her ultimate goal is to help each client define their vision to incorporate it. She loves to create the “WOW” effect & believes everyone deserves to express themselves in their best form. Teresa also has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry where she has received numerous accolades, to include “Best New Agent of the Year.” She has been featured in The Las Vegas Home & Garden Magazine, Urban Avenue Magazine, Condo Living Las Vegas Style, the Las Vegas Business Press, & First Lady Magazine. Teresa has also appeared on the “Corner for Success” radio show and had the honor to decorate stages for shows to include staging for the infamous poet & historian Dr. Maya Angelou. Teresa has recently joined the E.O.D streaming network to provide her fabulous design skills to their clients. Get ready, you will see her very soon. Currently, Teresa has made Arlington, Texas her home and has opened her multi-room studio in Arlington where she aims to accommodate the creative needs of her clients.
