Vision: We envision a world in which every student, from rural communities to urban poor, can access resources for education and are provided support that enable them to pursue their dream and unlock their full potential. Mission: To build and administer libraries and run leadership academy and consultation in Mizoram with work space to provide aspiring students of all ages with the means to access basic education and supporting resources and thus escape poverty. Core Values: Passion for Education, Women Empowerment, and Social Change; Focus on local led bottom up approach and grassroot partnership; Determine to close digital divide through innovation and collaboration. Goal and Objectives:  Emphasis on providing resources to unlock their hidden potential and dreams through accessing quality education for rural and urban poor  Incubate the brightest and most competent students through leadership academy and consultation to pursue higher education and live their dream  Decrease the burden of their parents to send their children off to school by minimizing their financial struggles  Enhancing Culture of reading: This library will provide and trains these students to explore readings beyond their current courses’ book and foster student’s love of reading and boost their academic achievement overall  Promote and recognize grassroot local led projects, NGOs and welfare for partnership to impact one third of the total 1.2 million population in Mizoram  Strive for effective, efficient, and simple solution through innovation and sustainability to build 650 libraries in all high schools  Maintain transparent and healthy organization
