Moneytree Investments, LLC. is comprised of two real estate divisions. The Residential division focuses on the buying and selling of single family dwellings using a number of acquisition & disposition strategies including primarily Lease Purchases Options & Owner Carry as well as Private Investor Funding. The Commercial division is focused on the acquisition of distressed or under-performing multi-family of 2 to 200 units, again using creative financing techniques such as Master Lease Options, Owner Carry & Private Investor Funding.
