Bowen Collins & Associates, Inc. is a Utah and Idaho engineering firm that provides professional services in water, wastewater, general, electrical and environmental services. The company was established in 1997 by three engineers with fifty years of combined experience in the Intermountain West. Our staff is experienced in the study and design of flood control and drainage facilities, water facilities – including pipelines, pump stations, wells, reservoirs and canals; wastewater treatment and collection facilities, general site civil improvements, and electrical instrumentation improvements. We also offer services associated with hydrogeologic studies, environmental permitting, landscape architecture, and regulatory compliance. Many of our projects have included planning, feasibility analysis, design, and construction management services.
