E.B. Howard Consulting was founded in 2013 with the idea that proposal preparation and independent/external evaluation services can be useful, effective, efficient, and, most importantly, affordable. We have set out to provide high-quality, affordable services by offering various pricing and service options from the start. We typically work with high-growth startups and organizations that have a common goal to develop, fund, and implement innovative STEM-based solutions to various social, cultural, or environmental issues. These companies are typically in the pre-seed or seed stage, are ready to develop or have a minimum viable product, have founders that have domain expertise and a great team, have evidence of early traction, have revenue or a clear path to revenue within 12/18 months, and have a strong value proposition. We also work with venture capital firms, accelerators, and other non-profit organizations that have a focus on propelling the startup and innovation ecosystem.
