No Lights No Lycra (NLNL) is weekly dance session held in complete darkness. No Lights No Lycra encourages people no matter their age, gender or fitness to dance for the pure fun of it. With the lights dimmed people are free to let go and be themselves. There is no light, no lycra, no teacher, no steps to learn, no technique, just free movement. No Lights No Lycra Sydney run two sessions each week in Bondi and Newtown as well as a number of pop-up sessions at various locations through-out the year. NLNL Sydney also runs private events and has collaborated with brands such as Universal Music, Sydney Opera House All About Women Festival and The Museum of Contemporary Art.
