Spiked Spin & Wellness Co. is an intuitive wellness company disrupting traditional wellness experiences for Black women & allies. Building on the success of the highly coveted spin classes, we provide premium wellness experiences, placing the needs of this community at the forefront and aiding in improving generational health. Expanding beyond the bike, we offer new class formats, including pilates, yoga, wellness education courses, monthly mental wellness sessions with licensed therapists and psychologists, and nutrition resources and guides. This expanded wellness menu offers Black women and allies the ability to take hold of the health journey and prioritize progress over perfection.
