Panzerotti are born from the Apulian peasant tradition. Their homeland is Bari, where they represent the iconic street food. Panzerotto is a fried crescent shaped dough pocket, stuffed with mozzarella and tomato. Pan Panzerotto uses a particular 'family secret' recipe and top quality ingredients.
