The first Pun Hlaing Hospital was established in 2005 and is named after our founder U Serge Pun. It is the only Joint Commission International (JCI) accredited (Patient Safety USA) hospital in Myanmar. The patient-centric compassionate care is model for our group's hospitals and clinics with 80% full-time doctors and specialists as well as paperless and filmless hub and spoke systems. FMI owns 60% of Yoma Siloam Hospital Pun Hlaing Ltd., the joint-venture entity and operator of Pun Hlaing Hospitals, with OUELH (Singapore) owning the remaining 40%.
