Tire Storage Solutions assists automotive dealerships, tire storage warehouses, and logistics companies across North America by automating their end-to-end tire storage process with a fully DMS-integrated software. Eliminating manual customer forms and tire location spreadsheets, users are able to securely and reliably track the exact location and details of their customers’ seasonal tires via mobile device and online portal. GTMS (Global Tire Management Services Application) is a completely hosted application system that tracks and maintains information on customers, tire storage, upcoming appointments, tire location and wheel status including tread depths and rim conditions. GTMS uses a sophisticated online web portal and an accompanying handheld device with built in bar-code scanner, keyboard, phone & camera. GTMS connects live to the mobile devices using cellular and WIFI networks. Dealers have the ability to store tires themselves with our system, but for dealers using offsite storage, the application contains a comprehensive warehousing and transportation module so third party logistics companies can easily manage their tire storage inventory as well, and there is full visibility to dealers on where there tires are at all times in the transfer to and from offsite storage. The application also automates the tire appointment upload from the dealership's DMS, which cuts time further, and removes potential data entry issues.
