As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach I listen to identify individual strengths that inspire results and help create the plan to get there. My approach is holistic and aims at understanding the root cause to truly understand what is getting in the way of optimal wellness and well-being. Can I offer a "quick fix", not really. What i can offer you in a true partner who will help you define realistic goals, set a plan for achieving them, understand and work through challenges, and help you stay on track. We will work on modifying lifestyle factors such as nutrition, movement, relaxation and sleep, stress, and relationships. Coaching is available online or in person depending on your needs and location. Services can be one-on-one or presented in a group format for organizations and teams.
