We pull the network (100%) and application landscape together (80% auto discovery) and leverage the Service Catalogue as backbone to orchestrate and provision services and help you keep your applications and network up and running and secure. We do this for some of the most stringent organisations in the world for business critical activities and this would include mission critical communications for the US Army in War zones and Bloombergs platforms as well as global payments. If we look @ infrastructure services if these are not orchestrated and provisioned they are unmanaged. That is there is no follow up on how these are delivered with SLA's and OLA's, Total Cost of Ownership with Cost, Consumption, Chargeback. There is little or no responsibility for delivery, outages and outsourced providers can charge as they see fit as opposed to “Honest” that is to be held accountable.
