The company focused on delivering strategic consultancy projects in HR area, improving performance of key managers and organizational excellence. Most notable clients included Nokia, mBank and Raiffeisen Bank. In 2018, HPC transformed its business and began operating in Europe, Asia and the USA. The revamped team expanded the capabilities by bringing on experts in process optimization, change management and deploying innovative solutions, going beyond HR core functions. This is how Algorithm Group came to be.
